Please email us with any questions about the Irish Cultural Center of Western New England’s Lúnasa Feis.

Where can I park?
The Feis will take place in the Young Building on the grounds of the Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield, MA. Please use the Gate 9 entrance at 875 Memorial Ave. Parking is located around the Young Building. Parking fee is $5.

Is there seating?
Attendees are welcome to bring their own folding chairs.

How do I get my competitor number?
Dancers will need to bring their competitor number with them to the Feis; they will not be provided. Log into FeisWeb, click Lúnasa Feis, click number card menu, click dancer’s name and print.

When does the Feis start?
The feis stages will start at 9 am and run approximately until 4 pm.

How do I keep up with the schedule during the day?
In order to keep things running smoothly, please keep an eye on the Lúnasa Feis Facebook and Instagram accounts for live updates on scheduling, current comps and awards, as well as announcements over the sound system on location.

Where do I see awards results?
View the results board in person at the feis and follow our Lúnasa Feis Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Can I display dresses for sale?
We offer a Monitored Dress Room for sellers to hang their dresses, and to allow others to try them on. We request a $5 donation for each dress and a $2 donation for accessories, such as shoes.

Can I take video of the dancers?
There is no video recording allowed at the competition.

Can I buy food at the Feis?
Concessions, Dunkin’ and the Guinness bar will be available on-site.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes. Coolers are allowed but must be kept at individual cars, not in the building. No outside alcohol is permitted.

Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are not permitted – for safety, please leave your pet at home. Service animals are welcome.

Do I need to wear a mask?
Current state guidelines do not require masks. They may be worn if you choose.

Can I smoke at the Feis?
Smoking is not permitted on the grounds.

What is the cost of admission?
Admission is open to the public free of charge.

How can I support the Feis or become a business or individual sponsor?
Preserving the Irish heritage of dance at the Lúnasa Feis is a significant financial undertaking by the Irish Cultural Center of Western New England. Sponsorship donations are welcome and accepted at sites set up on Feis day. Businesses and individuals interested in providing sponsorship for the Lúnasa Feis are encouraged to call the ICC’s Advancement Director at 413-333-4951.
